Avoiding surgery for meniscus knee

It has been a great experience. I was limping for several weeks applying ice every day for pain. Since I started the program my pain went from a 7-10 to zero. I am so blessed to have found this program .Just yesterday I was walking along on the siesta beach in florida . I couldn’t do that all summer.. I will continue to do those exercises plus. Active again

Very good. I have much less pain and am walking more confidently. I am only on Level 2 Week 3 but am walking much better with less pain. Getting up and down is still hard but I hope that will improve too. Before starting these exercises, I had gotten shots in the knees. This program has given me much better results!

My knees feel so much better!
