Just beginning

I received the booklet (The 10 Commandments of Reducing Joint Inflammation) on May 8th. My only wish is that I had joined up prior to the first issue of April's Knee Cap Release. I have not begun the exercises yet, but in reading the May booklet, I'm impressed with the information given and the apparent ease of the exercises. I can only hope I will start myself soon - I am of good intentions, but bad on carry through. I do believe the isometric exercise will help my bone-on-bone knee - I just have to start! I am glad there is a physical booklet - something I can carry with me so I can see how to do the exercises. I look forward to what is to come.

I have implemented several of the exercises and it's helping quite a bit. I love the information that is presented in the booklet. I can't do some of the exercises because I have back issues along with the knee problems, but I appreciate Couch Todd and his desire to help as many people as he can.

Feel Good Knees Lifer

Since I’ve already had a total knee replacement almost 7 years ago, I’ve experienced great pain and loss of mobility due to scar tissue and severe osteoarthritis in my joints. I really don’t want to go through more surgery to remove the scar tissue which has no guarantee. So, I’ve committed to starting this program and working through it to build up strength and alleviate pain. Coach Todd is very positive and clearly demonstrates all the exercises. While I cannot do all of them right now, I perform most of them to the best of my ability. I feel that I have acquired more stamina and strength with the repetition. Coach Todd is very encouraging on a daily basis. I wish I had known about his method of feel good knees before I had my surgery. However, I can move forward and feel better and stronger with this exercise program! I continue to walk daily and dance and hike with some modifications. The key is to keep moving even if you have limited flexion. So I’m working on his method of breaking up scar tissue. I definitely feel more comfortable utilizing this program.

Great follow along booklet!

For the past two months I have been using the Feel Good Knees booklet. Learning the exercises was easy and because the workout is short I rarely put off doing them. I can do some of the exercises while waiting for things to warm up in the kitchen. There's also exercises when you are laying in bed! How easy is that! I feel my legs are stronger and I don't worry about falling as much. I enjoy checking off the exercises after I do them . The booklet has a lot of useful information to help me as I age. I'm turning 70 this month and plan on keeping Feel Good Knees in my daily routine! Keep up the good work!!

Feel Good Knees Club

I have been following the daily excercises in Coach Todd's, Feel Good Knees Club, since its inception in April. It is a very doable, easy to follow series of movements, designed to stabilize and strengthen your knees. Great descriptions and clear visuals. I expect to meet my goal of better knees, without surgery!
