Suffered severe knee pain trying all types of pain creams and gels, hot packs, cold packs but nothing brought me relief until I started with Coach Todd. At first it was difficult but as the pain decreased I was able to do more exercises as he described. I now do a set of them each morning before I start my day. I have had issues with my knees since high school. Three years ago (at 60) I underwent meniscus surgery on my right knee, which had gotten so bad that I had several bouts where I had to have fluid build-up removed and was in excruciating pain from even the smallest movement. Even after surgery I continued to have problems and found myself on crutches a couple of times with no real explanation of what I had done to irritate my knee to such an extent. I began the Feel Good Knees program five weeks ago and after only a few days could tell that my right knee was getting stronger. Before the program I had returned to riding my bicycle, but climbing even modest hills would irritation my right knee. I am now able to bike a good 10 miles and climb moderate hills without upsetting the knee. Even though it is still a bit sensitive, I can tell it is getting better and I look forward to continued improvement. Thank you for your program, which is indeed making a difference.
